This one of a kind skirt was cut made from a full circle and inspired by the classic tennis skirt. It is VERY short and you will need to wear something underneath like bike shorts or it would be great over leggings.
I plan to make some with shorts attached but this one is a skirt. Double ruffles at the hem make it special.
