This one of a kind skirt was cut made from pieces of fabric that were left after cutting the tank dresses. I used what was left to create something new. Because it was made without a pattern and the custom dyeing make it so that there can never be another quite like it! It hits at the knee and has a soft waistband. Triple ruffles at the hem make it special. The versatile hemline gives you options of how to wear it. Put the flower in the front or on the side!
