This one of a kind skirt was cut made from a full circle and inspired by the classic tennis skirt. It is VERY short and you will need to wear something underneath like bike shorts. I plan to make some with shorts attached but this one is a skirt. Double ruffles at the hem make it special.
Get it dyed in the color of your choice. You can send me suggestions and let the artist take it from there!
